Shipping Policy

Review our shipping, processing, tracking, and delivery information before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly and carefully as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, weekends, or other operational factors.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation or shipping update when tracking information becomes available.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times depend on the selected shipping method and the destination address. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Zark Research is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been handed off for delivery.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label has been created.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, it may still be in the carrier’s system and should update once scanned.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Zark Research is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@zarkresearch.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Zark Research is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should check with neighbors, household members, building management, or the local carrier office if a package is marked delivered but not received.

For carrier-related delivery issues, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zarkresearch.com.

  • Include your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damaged product
  • Include photos of the outer packaging when possible

Approved replacements or refunds are handled at our discretion.
