Refund & Returns Policy

Please review our refund and returns policy before placing an order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except in limited cases.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Zark Research does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review all product details, sizes, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

When Refunds or Replacements May Be Approved

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product arrived damaged or broken

Approved refunds or replacements are handled at the discretion of Zark Research.

Reporting an Issue

If you received the wrong product or your item arrived damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@zarkresearch.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Requests submitted without photos or outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or replacements will generally not be approved for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Products opened, used, handled, or altered after delivery
  • Requests made after the required reporting window

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product.

Zark Research is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages after delivery confirmation, or address errors entered by the customer.

Damaged or Broken Products

If your product arrives damaged or broken, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the product, shipping box, packaging materials, and label to review the issue.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Wrong Product Received

If you believe you received the wrong product, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or another approved resolution.

Research Use Only

Products sold by Zark Research are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

Zark Research may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
